Shopping Cart requests your "Promo Code". It's just after
the sign in phase of Check Out.

Return
Policy: |

If you are not
pleased with your purchase, simply contact us by email or by phone
within 7 days of your order receipt for merchandise exchange or
account credit. Custom designed items are not returnable.
Credit card refunds will be only issued when
agreed to by phone, or in writing. A $5 fee will be deducted from a credit card refund on orders up up to
$150; a $10 fee will be deducted from a credit card refund on
orders above $151.00 These fees are
designed to recover processing fees, materials, and the original
shipping fees. Expedited shipping charges (USPS Priority Mail,
UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day, UPS Next Day, etc.) will be deducted in full
plus the respective $5, or $10 processing fees.
We will acknowledge your return request within 3 days by email or by
phone..
You must ship the item back to us within 3 days of the
acknowledgement.
The item must be returned via the original carrier (unless agreed
otherwise in writing), in its original packaging, insured for its purchase price, and must be received in the same
condition as when it was shipped to you with the on u tags and
identifying marks intact.
We recommend you use delivery tracking and get a delivery receipt.
The buyer pays for return shipping and insurance.

Repairs: |
|
Because of the nature of
vintage findings, there is a chance that a bead will crack, peel or
chip. This is considered normal wear and tear. Continual
wear, or getting the item wet, may cause it to stretch or shred.
Excessive amounts of perfumes. body oils, hair spray and other toxic
carcinogens will cause your on u jewelry to lose color and lustre; it
may also accelerate peeling and will likely cause your item to disintegrate. We're sorry to say that we can not
fix, or replace, items that deteriorate because of these
circumstances. If your
necklace, or bracelet is in need of repair, we will be happy to take a look at
it to see if it is fixable. If it is, there will be a small charge for
the repair - between $5 and $30 - depending on the amount of work
needed. We will advise you on costs before any repairs will
be made. Quite often, we are able to completely remake your item
so that it is just like new again. Repairs may take up to 4 weeks.
The cost of the repair will also include return shipping fees.
For
anklets... you are required to cut all of the beads from the anklet
and place them in a baggie before sending them in for repair.
Quite honestly, I don't know where your ankle has been and they can
get kind of yucky with continual wear... Be sure to measure your
ankle and let me know the sizing!
For lost
earrings... We will try to match a lost earring as best we can.
However, it is almost impossible to match a hand-knotted earring bead
for bead. I'll do my best, but you have to realize that it is a
very difficult, and time-consuming, task.
Please be certain to
wrap your item securely and ship it in a padded envelope or box.
Please include a check for the quoted repair amount along with your
item. We do not accept credit cards for repairs. It is recommended that you insure your item for its original value and
that you use delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for
lost items due to negligent wrapping. |
